Mary, you read my heart. I've been struggling so much with this. Mostly I just want a t-shirt that says, "STFU About My Body." People ask often about my weight loss, and I never know what to say. If I mention Mounjaro, I get the looks and the conversation ends. If they only knew that it's ALL of it. It's the diabetic management, the insulin sensitivity, the weightlifting, the HIIT, the vegetables, THE PROTEIN. It's all the things, all the time. And that conversation is too long. So most of the time, I just go quiet. So thank you for being a voice. ❤️
